Commerce Garage combined a robust top of the funnel strategy featuring best-in-class creative, web design, conversion rate optimization (cro), email marketing and more to deliver results.

As much as the goal is always to generate consistent revenue all 12 months of the year, seasonal products make or break their fiscal years in specific months and weeks. With something as instantly controllable as paid ad spend, it’s natural to have the urge to decrease spend when sales aren’t coming in. During the winter months, when soaking in the sun feels like years away, Commerce Garage put our efforts into heavy prospecting campaigns.

While conversions may have levelled off due to the seasonality the product, we knew the weather would turn in a few short months. Prospecting campaigns and maintaining ad spend meant that My Custom Sports Chair stayed top of mind throughout the winter, setting the company up for a massive spring and early summer.

Another important factor at all times of year is the timing around strategy. Being fully licensed by every single major North American sports league allows for thoughtfully planning relative to each league’s season.
